I’m waiting for a date for another appeal hearing. Does anyone know how long they take, and what form they take?
I’m not very good at remembering facts, so face to face is better for me, also due to hearing issues. Putting things down in writing,or talking over the phone requires lots of effort and concentration and I miss things out that re important, remembering them long after the interaction. Similar things happen when I go to medical appointments.
And help or guidance always much appreciated. Ps I regularly make notes, then lose them lol
We cannot tell you how long they take as it varies across the regions.
When you appeal the decision you can decide what format you would like, face to face, telephone or video, I usually go for a telephone format rather than a video as less likely for things to go wrong.
At a hearing if you miss anything ask them to repeat themselves or if you do not understand a question tell them you do not understand the question
