I had just completed my UC credit claim having been on ESA IR. I have received a text today stating I have a phone appointment tomorrow. I have checked my journal and it says the appointment is to discuss my recent enquiry. I have not made any enquiry.
Any idea what this might be about and any advice about how to engage with it?
