esa & UC not comunicating

ive had nothing but grief since nreceiving my migration letter from UC, ive done all they asked, my payment was £13.61 yes £13.61 on 5th March. I started my migration in december.

Despite being on UC, i am still getting paid by ESA, Before this, my ESA Was £446 every 2 weeks.

since migrating, i have received ESA £253.90 on 4th March & £253.90 on 18th March

What is the point of switvhing me to UC if I am still going to receive ESA???


UC are deducting money from me for investments & I have now received a letter from ESA demanding thesame info. i have been on the phone for over 1 hour to ESA, i cannot survive on £13 a month UC and £253.90 ESA. I have asked UC for a clear breakdown of what and when I will receive 6 times now via my journal, All requests have been ignored.

hi David, finally got through, its approx £8000 in investments, which i have alwas told them. I got through to ESA to tell them I was already getting deductions taken from UC. He did not know why i received the letter,as I have been put on contributions based ESA, was transferred to Jobcentreplus, who cut me off as i was explaining. Unforgiveable

i know, thanks David, but conts based is only for 365 days, then go on income related?? UC already taking deductions for my investments so not even going to reply to ESA, the call centre person said he will sent a break down by letter, which will help me know whats what. Transferring to UC is meant to make things more simple but from my experience, they actually become far more confusing & stressful. Especially when being ignorned by UC despte 5 request for info & waiting over 1 hour to get through to ESA, then transferred & then cut off.
