is it possible to provide templates for the following conditions? Ehlers Danlos , autonomic dysfunction, sjorgrens and lupus? Thanks.

Hi fluffball,

PIP is based on how the conditions affect your life, so rather than just mentioning the conditions, you can write each one, with an explanation of how they interfere with your daily wellbeing.
