Thinking of everyone disabled and their carers

I have found this week challenging like all of us have. I just want to say I’m sending my love to all of you and carers who will be affected by the reforms. I feel now more than ever we all need to stick together and support each other.

Sending it back to you and all who will be impacted if it all or some of it goes through.

I'm disabled and a carer and under these proposals I will lose my PIP and be unable to claim the new UC as well. They've not said how it's going to affect carers from what I can see. I don't know what we'll even be able to claim as I spend a lot of my time looking for 2 disabled people in my home and have my own struggles so can't see how I'd even be able to be expected to work
