Is there any reason not to leave my UC50 submission until the date I have been given to submit it by? Also, I will be having to move to supported housing( after I have gone through forced migration) as my health is worsening. If that is the case will I lose my transitional protection? Many thanks

Hi Maria Hagen

Firstly if the above is your real name you are advised for internet security reasons to change your Forum user name.

The date you submit your UC50 is when you have collated the best amount of evidence to support it.
Moving to supported housing could trigger a new Housing Benefit claim. It depends on the amount of support you will receive. So you will have to contact us again at the time. Maybe you could in advance get advice from the new supported housing provider.
