I'm in the ESA contribution support group but instead of it being for a full year it's got an end date of November with no instructions of what's happening or why?
Sounds like the wording of the letter again that has been commented on before, that makes it sounds like its ending in November but thats because the first December payment is the Christmas bonus. It may be this, im not sure.
