So nervous was created by Kay60
Telephone review next week, getting myself so nervous, do I treat it as a new application or focus on what I sent for review back in May 2024.
I can’t seem to focus and keep feeling upset. It’s not as though this process is new to me as I have had PIP for years.
Any review tips please to help me focus.
Thank you.

Hi Kay60,
Always best to treat every application as a new application in my experience. If you do what I stupidly done a few years back and simply wrote "same as before" - they seem to just reject your claim, and score you 0 points.
Chris.

Hi Kay60, please be sure to take a recording and not tell them, quite legit and indispensable to disprove any lies. It will give you confidence. You are entitled to have company during the call and ideally leave the button pressing of the recording to them so you can concentrate on the assessor.
Keep breathing

Hi denby,
Can't a recording be dismissed in law if you don't tell someone that you're doing this ? Or is this in more complex situations ? I'm curious for further knowledge, should I ever need to do this myself
Thank you.
Chris.
