Hello, my sister is going to do a phone call for her esa migration to uc. How would she show proof of information required on to do list eg. Bank statements, proof of address etc.
These may be required by a visit to the local jobcentre, sent it the post (remember to use recorded signed for delivery, so that you have proof) - or possibly ask you to upload them via a link to her UC account, if she can do this.
