Hello,
I have recently migrated to UC and my payment due date is on a Sunday.
Does anyone know if from your dealings in a similar situation to mine, I should get paid the Friday prior or the following day on Monday?
I really appreciate it.
Many thanks!

Hi VIA
In my opinion it should be the Friday before.

Thank you David,
I do not want to contact UC and trigger something as they did not ask me for anything once I migrated, no interview at the jobcentre, no phone call, no requests at all whatsoever ( maybe because I insisted they recorded me as having special needs prior to the migration to UC and insisted they sent a record of all I consider my special needs to the manager that deals with special needs ).
I know it is outside the scope of this forum, but I thank you David, because my landlady who issued me a Section 21 notice ( which is invalid as not on Form 6A nor even as on blank paper containing all wording from Form 6A ) last night emailed me to say I had to vacate the property at the end of the notice ( illegal eviction ) and I found a flat I really like and stand a good chance to get but was waiting for my UC money payment date on a Sunday, hopefully the Friday prior to help with deposit.
Thank you so much!

Hi VIA
Having to move home must be very stressful. Let us know if we can assist in any way.
Also you may be able to get a UC Advance if you are moving and your rent is increasing.
