I realise you might not want to begin threads on what are supposed to be proposals, but please bear with me. I am only asking you about the apparent logic (or otherwise) of my thoughts:
I understand that those deemed never able to significantly get improved health for PIP purposes will not, under these proposals, be required to be re-assessed again.
If so, and if someone is in receipt of a (both parts higher) ongoing award, is it fair to assume that those in that position will not have to be re-assessed at all under these proposals?
There is nothing in the current proposals that says there will be a change to people on an ongoing award, so until anyone says otherwise, I would assume that they will be subject to a light-touch review every 10 years. The light-touch review is a paper-based review.
