Hi I am looking for any kind of advice please.
I have to migrate to UC by 7th April, I am currently in the middle of my PIP review no news from them so far and not expecting to hear any time soon. Also as luck would have it my sons DLA renewal is also happening at the moment.
Feel absolutely done already and i haven't even started the move to UC or the neverending fight for my PIP and his DLA.
I just wanted to know in advance if the reviews currently ongoing are going to mess up my UC claim?
I may as well know as ill be dealing with it next week. Any advice would be amazing, thank you

Hi Mama

Your migration to UC won't be affected by the Benefits changes announced this month.
Quite a few Forum members have commented on the assistance they have received from using the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service for UC Managed Migration. Their phone number is on page 2 of your Migration letter. Here is a recommendation from a Forum member--

Hi thank you so much for your response.
Will the fact both my PIP and my sons DLA currently being under review affect my UC claim?
Do i inform them that both are under review, whether in the actual claim, or once i have access to my journal?
its all so complicated

Hi Mama

No don't mention that at all. It has nothing to do with the UC Managed Migration.
