Change to New Style ESA during migration was created by LittleC
Hi all,
I have just received the same letter and am wondering if anyone knows what questions they ask about how your illness affects your ability to work?
And crucially, can they use anything you say to prompt a reassessment or be used to influence the outcome of reassessment?
I want to be prepared for it.
Thanks
Chloe

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi LittleC
I think you will just have to answer the standard questions on the form as best you can. However these questions have nothing to do with health assessments and the WCA.

Hi David
thanks so much.
Which form are you referring to? I received a letter saying they would be in touch to book an appointment with a work coach. "At the appointment we will ask you to: explain how your illness affects your ability to work”
Is there a form they use for this? Where can I find it?
Thanks

Hi LittleC
They sent out a standard message which is the same for everyone and is incorrect if you are in the Support/LCWRA group. All they will ask is that you agree to report any change of circumstances.
