I feel most claimant's have had such bad experiences at the hands of DWP many times before it's bound to be a trigger for PTSD if not actually a secondary effect on health.
Evidently Jobcentreplus has 25000 Work Coaches. So obviously there are going to be subtle and some not so subtle variations in the questioning you receive from a Work Coach. You can always air your issues on this Forum.
