pip

Hello , i had pip for 10 years ongoing , my letter stated that they would contact me after September 2024 ,still havent heard anything ,and still receiving pip ,so should i contact them .I have received a letter with this years payment update ,also been in touch with age uk who informed me there is a back log .Im in my 70s and was told if it goes on past the year i wouldnt be able to claim again ,but i thought ongoing was indefinate ,thank you x
