Hi Jessica,
You can add the additional information onto the back, but remember to mention which questions it relates too, and also to include your National Insurance number on all the information.
You can get yourself a large box or plastic bag from the post office that will allow you to send all your information, but me personally, I would also pay for recorded delivery to cover yourself that everything gets to the correct location, and that also you can track this.
