My deadline for migrating from irESA Support Group was later this week. The past few days I've had missed calls and voicemails from them. After the latest today I got a text saying they'd arrange to visit me. Anxious that someone would just turn up I called the number back and was told it was just because they couldn't get hold of me and it was to see if I needed help. He also said after they'd tried to call today they'd extended my migration deadline by 4 weeks and that a letter should have gone out this afternoon. I hadn't requested an extension at any point but definitely appreciate the extra breathing room. I'm assuming due to my vulnerabilities I'm on some kind of list but I didn't know so had just gotten a bit freaked out by the sudden calls and texts from them. Thought I'd post here so others know it's not necessarily a bad thing if they try contacting you out of the blue.
