Migrating to UC with high rate of PIP was created by Surfmonkey
Hi.

I've had my migration letter through. As I'm on the higher rate of both PIP elements, do I still have to complete the UC claim form or will they just transfer me across, based on my ESA rates? Also looks like I may have complex needs but need to look into that further. Thanks
