I am not sure if this is a concern but during that attending a migration ID check interview with someone. I noticed that the JC staff logged into the person UC's account with the user's input on the log in details., basically showing them a tour on what to do and where to check updates, journal and showing them the message when they are getting the next payment.
I mean, obviously the DWP would be able to access via administration purposes. There are safeguards, right?
The Jobcentre staff cannot log into your UC account unless you tell them your password. There is no way they can retrieve your password from their account.
