I am in the midst of my Pip renewal form in a terrible mess with it as only two weeks to complete it. I have now received UC managed migration notice. I am in a mixed age couple. I am on income related ESA and housing benefit. My partner gets state pension. I can't take anymore. My health is so bad and I am struggling to do the PIP form. Reading the guide on here (well trying to read it and I don't understand it). It says to prepare and to check the form. I cannot access the form to see what evidence I need to provide etc without starting the form and then the clock is ticking. The deadline is July. So does anyone know what sort of evidence I will need to provide. If I click on start now to register for an account does this start the claim process? If I do that and it is asking me to upload evidence I won't know what evidence I need a nd therefore won't have it ready. I am sorry I am lost and no access to benefit advice where I live.
