My sister is kindly supporting me with my UC migration and will be acting as my representative. She has suggested that for one of my reasonable adjustments I ask that they set up a 3-way call for any telephone appointments, to enable my representative to join the call. Is this a service that the DWP ever provides for claimants? I haven’t heard of it before.
