Three-way Calls with the DWP and Job Centre

Hello,

My sister is kindly supporting me with my UC migration and will be acting as my representative. She has suggested that for one of my reasonable adjustments I ask that they set up a 3-way call for any telephone appointments, to enable my representative to join the call. Is this a service that the DWP ever provides for claimants? I haven’t heard of it before.

I would appreciate any advice on this.

If this service was readily available it would fall under Advanced Customer Support. I cannot see it mentioned in this policy document.
