I have just spent the best part of a month writing my PIP application (on-line).
To say I am stressed out is a true understatement.
After uploading my application and evidence, I was not given any option to download my application form.
I now have no record at all of my application.
The evidence that I have uploaded is strong and pretty much speaks for itself, but I have no record of the PIP application. Surely the DWP do not expect you to screenshot each page? I am sure I read that there is an option to download your application once you submit.
