Last esa payment transition to UC was created by Scott
Applied for uc the day after a esa payment then my next esa payment was only £115, I was expecting £320 for 2 weeks. I was told I would continue to receive esa for 2 weeks.
Was this right or should I contact esa?

Yes I would phone ESA to see what is the reason for the unusual payment.
