UC Follow up

Hi All,

I feel like I’m being really annoying and posting on here a lot recently.

The begging of April I had a call from UC asking me to provide them with 3 months worth of Bank Statements.

This morning I’ve had a message to say I have a phone call with them on Tuesday next week to…

“This appointment is to review your Universal Credit claim, discuss the information you have already provided and for you to provide further evidence.

Make sure you have access to any documents you have already provided during the interview. This will help us to make sure you're getting the right payment.”

Has anybody had a similar experience and can help me in what to expect? My head has kind of fallen off and I’m very anxious about it. I currently have LCWRA & have done since 2019 due to severe PTSD.

Thank you in advance and sorry for the constant posts. It seems like my UC & PIP Reviews are all coming at the same time and it’s a little overwhelming.

As I said, I provided my bank statements to them last month and now they’re wanting a phone call. I feel nervous as they’ve said..

“discuss the information you have already provided and for you to provide further evidence.”

What more could they want? Has anybody any experience of this subsequent call?

Thanks I really appreciate that. I’ve just looked over my statements. The only thing that I think they might question was I got a £19 refund from a retailer via PayPal that appears in my account as an incoming payment. Will they be asking to see my PayPal account? I also have a premium bond account that I won £50 on in January.
