i nearly fainted yesterday a friend has left 40 k
this wil be transferred to my n
bank in about 4 months

i on high income related esa and pip

will lose all now .

also when do i tell the dwp
when hoes into my bank or before

I'm glad to hear about your money. You will lose your ESA, but PIP is not affected by your income and it will continue.

Are you sure you are on income related esa? If you were working before becoming ill then you could be on a contributory esa with an income related top up. They wouldnt have told you this, and just call it income related. If this is the case you can keep the contributory esa.
Look into that before you close the claim because they can close the claim without telling you, by mistake i expect
