Hello , I received my pip tribunal
Pack and noticed it contains my LWRCA report which I’ve never seen until now . I was awarded LWRCA. However I am absolutely shocked at some of what’s been written because I never said them . It’s actually making me feel ill. I’m new to all this stuff . It had me in tears and anxiety it also has made me laugh because it’s that far out there . It’s like 2 different peoples comments . My assessment call was very short and a chunk
of that was me been silent
while the lady typed . I don’t know how I should be reacting to it. It’s made me feel really bad as I don’t exaggerate or lie. This has knocked me right back into full anxiety mode and worry . What do I
do please? Ty

You can submit any additional information to the Tribunal up to two weeks before it takes place. So you can write a letter, saying that you have never seen this document, and you can contradict whatever you want.
I don't know when your LWRCA assessment took place. if you are happy that you have been put in the LWRCA group, then you might want to write and contradict what the assessor said for their records, but you need to make clear that you are not asking them to look again at the award, or there might be a risk that they change it. You could put in a formal complaint if it is full of inaccuracies. Or you could just leave it and contradict anything at your next review.
