After 6 years of claiming PIP i have my first telephone assessment this coming Thursday. I had a light touch paper assessment 3 years ago. Initially the appointment was arranged as a Video call, but as that cannot be recorded i have changed it to a Telephone call, which i stressed i want recording. Am i right in assuming that somehow i will get a copy of that recording, even though i have not requested it? As i suffer from among other things severe brain fog, will i be allowed to request a break/s from the call when needed? Are there any points in particular i should be making notes off ready for the call? Thanks in advance
