My application submission deadline for irESA to UC managed migration is on 7th June, about 8 working days away.
I plan to submit my application on the 6th June and am still writing it. I don't intend to miss the date.
I got a SMS today saying "Universal Credit will call you in the next few days about making a claim. The number we will call from is 0900 169 0328"
Do i need to pick up the phone call and what will happen if i do not or miss it ? Are they offering me extra time or something because i am support group ?
