Hello all Please can someone give me some links to legislation saying that cost of living payments are disregarded for Universal Credit capital purposes? (Unless ofcourse it has been spent) Thanks all
"Payments do not affect the claimant’s entitlement to Universal Credit and are disregarded when calculating their income, savings and investments. See Capital disregarded indefinitely".
