I have received a further old esa support pymt today instead of the 1st NS ESA pymt. I received my last and which I thought was my final old ESA pymt 2 weeks ago. So an overpayment already before receiving my 1st UC statement on 16/6/25 with pymt on 20/6/25.
Help to claim and journal messages replies are to contact ESA unfortunately ESA do not answer phones now despite holding in a queue for hours.

I had a letter 29/5/25 from esa informing me my esa would end 14.5.25 (date of my claim for uc) but then on Tues 3/6/25 this week received another letter from esa informing me from 24/5/25 my esa support allowance would be £244.65 a week with a Christmas bonus of £10.
Please can someone advise what has happened here and how to pay back this overpayment of £208.20?
