You are being palmed off with nonsense. It is a Work Coach in the Jobcentre who supervises the New Style ESA Claimant Commitment and can do a phone interview instead. It has nothing to do with the ESA staff in the ESA Centre. So send a Journal message to the Work Coach repeating the above.

No, it’s a phone interview to “make commitments”.
I thought that was for people able to work? Again this is all new to me.
I can’t help but feel it’s going to be like an interrogation? So much for managed migration.
