ESA change to 'new style'

This is too much information for me to take in right now, so I’ll just look at it another time.
I haven’t applied or reapplied for ESA.
I’ve been in the support group for years, so it’s a bit worrying that you say that I might have to go through this process again.
I hope that isn’t the case.
