No don't mention 'legislation' this will make you look a fraud and too intelligent. Remember it's how your condition AFFECTS you . Don't just put same as last time, DWP need reminding. It's usually in 3 parts :- A is How you function ,B is usually any specail equipment or specialised treatment, C if you need someone professional to help you or & need prompting - even you don't get it ,write that you need it but don't recieve it. Don't worry about bad grammer spelling and handwriting this will show that your stressed by filling it in .Photocopy the form and lastly send it by Special Delivery, so the DWP can't accidentally on purpose lose the form ,and you can track it .

Thanks for your reply. Im confused now. Are you a board guide ? Why do you say dony mention regs as I will be deemed a fraud.
I am definitely not a fraud and yes I am educated to a high standard. Does that negate me from pip ? I hope not.

Thanks J

Heeelllpp I'm panicking now as kitty said what they did. I am well educated and not a fraud. Why would they think that because I can put a decent case together?
Surely kitty can't be correct. Why does everyone claiming pip have to be dull and a fraud if you can articulate yourself. ? Im paniking now. Dont know what to put.
