Strange ,went to jobcentre interview 🤔 and everything seemed to go well and that started from the 29th of June ,but then got a strange message in the journal.
SOME BENEFITS MAY AFFECT HOW MUCH UNIVERSAL CREDIT YOU RECEIVE, OUR RECORDS SHOW YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANY OF THESE BENEFITS
Benefits that may affect Universal Credit are .
Then it gives a list ,and.
Employment and Support Allowance
And
Severe Disability Allowance are on the list.
Then at the bottom it says.
If you are actually getting one of these benefits.
You must contact the office you claim them from ,
Tell them you're now getting Universal Credit and to update their records.
I'm confused, as anybody else got this ? and should I do anything?

Hi manny26
Welcome to the forum.
You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum.
It is just a generic email, if you are in receipt of ESA or SDA let them know you have applied for UC. What should happen, UC should issue a stop, notice once your ID has been proven to the relevant departments.

But the Jobcentre interview said my claim for UC started on the 29th of June ,so I'm worried that by sending me those messages, they've some how switched over my claim for UC without recognition of my MH ESA and SDA status.

Hi Manny26
I know that you're worried, but unfortunately, we can't confirm for you what they may or may not have done. Query it in your journal.

Hi manny26
Your best option to put your mind at ease will be to contact your work coach and ask. If you were in the support group then you should be placed in the LCWRA group without having to supply a fit note.
