hello at what stage of the application to UC from ESA are you able to gain access to the journal to write complex needs plus others? i am at the stage where it says in the to do list to check and then it takes me toma place where i need to tick about commitment . then to a page where it asks me to read several things then to press submit button. and still i dont have journal access so i have noit yet pressed submit button as i am going to do it after last esa and hb is payed
