Appeal to Tribunal part Deux was created by TiredMUM
I am shocked my flabber is well and truly gasted . Applied for PIP denied. Did MR no change. Applied to Tribunal, DWP had until 29th May to respond, nothing. Got a copy of Directions Notice today saying DWP had 4 weeks from date of letter ( 29th June) to respond or the appeal would be listed for hearing.
Then at 16.17 this afternoon I received a call from PIP. The lady told me I have been awarded Enhanced daily living and Enhanced Mobility. They reviewed my submissions , apparently looked at information on UC account, had been assessed as having LCWRA which she said helped. Told I would get confirmation letter within 7 to 10 days , asked if I was OK to have a large amount paid into my account as it was backdated from 4th May 2024.
WOW I mean WOW.
So grateful for all the help and resources here helped me feel confident in my arguments for my case. I had done the self assessments on here and think that is what helped most.
Thank You all so much
