ESA Support group Migration to UC: Health & Work Conversation. Is this correct? was created by Daisy
Hi, I've been in the ESA support group and had a migration notice, and I migrated over a few weeks ago. But now I've been given a phone appointment by the DWP for a 'Health and Work Conversation'. I was under the impression that I would just be put in the LCWRA group if there was no break in my claim (which there hasn't been) and so no further assessment or anything would be required unless anything changes in my condition. I'm a bit confused. I just want to make sure my claim is being managed correctly and they're not making any mistakes (as I've heard some horror stories...).
Thank you:)
Thank you:)

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Daisy
A friend of mine is in the support group and was sent a similar message. The person just confirmed she was sick and told her she wouldn't be expected to work, and told her not to worry about it. The conversation was over in 10 minutes. I can't guarantee that you will have an identical experience, I can only talk of hers.
