What to do if you believe you have been wrongly given enhanced mobility?

I figured it would be a rare situation.

My condition of mobility is based on my fibromyalgia flares, which of course fluctuate. While there are days I suffer badly, there are days when it's pretty low on the scoreboard, but the 12 point score just makes it sound like I should be in a wheel-chair which I'm certainly not, let alone the majority of the time. While I can walk fine for short distances, it's the day/s after, say and appointment or any travel, that my fibromyalgia wipes me out.

I guess I'll call them tomorrow as it doesn't sit right with me.

That really helps me understand why I was awarded the 12 points, LL26.
It's a law I didn't know existed. The questionnaire really doesn't make that clear about repeated journeys throught the same day.
While I achieve a small walking journey to the very near shops and back or a taxi to and from an appointment, anything else would wipe me out for the next day/s.

In my mandatory letter I went into great detail about why I get cabs for all my journeys but local shops. And how it affects my fibromyalgia flares over the following day/s.

I also rarely leave the house and am on Enhanced.
I don’t have a problem with it.

Majority of the time criteria.
Reliably/ repeatedly have obviously been taken into account. Which entitles you to this award.
Also.
Any backpay over 5K is disallowed in ‘savings’ calculations, so you can keep/ spend this money as you wish..

You had a decent assessor. Don’t worry about it.
If you need someone with you because of your vision issues, that is also a factor, irrespective of whether you actually receive this help.

Congratulations on your son’s achievement. That’s fantastic!

In my opinion this should not result in a lower award though…
