Got a letter today about CB-ESA, so I was on it – Whatever.
The bit about contacting me for an appointment is irrelevant, as they already have, and it is to be a phone appointment.
The point to note is that not only will it be about agreeing to tell them if my circumstances change, but “We will ask you to:”, “explain how your illness or disability affects your ability to work”.
So, they are WCAing me. On the phone, they said there would be no fit notes or WCA, but the letter says basically it’s a WCA doesn't it. And this must be the case because if all I had to do was say I would inform them if my circumstances changed, they could have done that when they were talking to me to make the 10-minute-long appointment. They do know I support group, as I injected the section 9 text into my claim and they have read it.
What can I say, I’m malfunctioning badly on top of my SG problems, and I cannot reliably do an interview. They can get away with whatever they want, and I don’t know what's what.
“Rather than no comment to your commitments interview, you might be best to just point out you are in the support group, which should do the job.”
I don’t think pointing out I’m in the SG, is applicable here.
Could you please put your excellent guide on claiming ESA back online for downloading ASAP, it saved me once, literally, it may again.
No doctor intervention is possible before this is sorted, though two things may force me to A&E.
Support Group-Drooler + new issues.

Hi TBA
At the top of the page there is a drop down box called guides, click on that and you will find the ESA guide " ESA and UC Claims for Physical, Mental Health and Learning Difficulties: a guide to the work capability assessment."
