Oh wow. Nothing is easy is it?

This has been 100% worse as I have had to fill my PIP review in at the same time, so my stress levels are through the roof.

I would just like to say thank you again for your extra help, I have quoted these figures (just the figures - no link to here) onto my journal so hopefully things will be sorted out.

From my calculation, the only amount I should owe is £56.15 (£823.41 - £767.26) ?

Your last sentence confused me a little.

Morning. My experience is that every single thing they have done is wrong, and everything they have said is wrong… 🤯
I put in my journal about my (lack of) Transitional Payment, and they corrected it with a new calculation.
Haven’t received the payment yet though as weekend…
Just breathe and try not to stress..
Best of luck..

Hi, I'm not sure if your last response was to me?

Sorry if it was, but I'm getting really confused particularly as they are not responding to my journal and also because you can't get online to look at your journal today.

Hi Angel

Thank you for all your help so far.

I have put all the information in my journal (you probably need to read back!) No reply. I then followed it up with a phone call.
The UC advisor could not answer my question (about transitional protection) and said he would forward to a case manager who would contact me before 6pm on 30th July.

All I got was a message from the person who occasionally replies to me on my journal saying she has to refer to the "Transitional Protection" Team. I still haven't heard anything.

Is this usual, because it is causing me a great deal of stress.

Thanks

Hi Jasmine3234

It varies from region to region, have you tried your local Welfare Rights Organisation: advicelocal.uk, they may be able to help you.
