Now that we have online Journals instead of paper how do we send 'Evidence' was created by WD
Hi,
I'm waiting to hear back having claimed U.C. a few weeks ago and I posted in my journal that any telephone or face to face contact would make my mental health condition so much worse.
I have letters from various mental health professionals about this...but now that we have online Journals instead of paper how do we send 'evidence' to our work coach?

Hi WD

Universal Credit is all about money. As long as you are getting your entitlement you don't usually need to send evidence unless requested. When it is requested there will be a To Do or other instruction on how to upload that particular evidence.
If you are in the Support Group or UC LCWRA then you will not be allocated a Work Coach.
