PIP High Rate Mobility Awarded vs Daily Living No Awardx was created by JacketP

Why would I be awarded high rate mobility but not be awarded anything for daily living?
Has this happened to anyone? Could this possibly be as I care for my son who is under 16?
Any help appreciated.
