Complaints re migration was created by tillyboo
After months of stress with migrating from esa to uc. A home DWP visit to check IDS. At last we thought its done. A message on journal all ok ID proved etc Then yesterday an ESA98 was recieved for me, saying I'm moving to New Style ESA dye to cont based esa ( clueless cant find anything with cont esa on) that I must have a work coach, go to job centre & accept claimant commitments. I've tried to get sense from UC journal entries, no help. A payment of £281.10 went into my a/c today from ESA, I'm no longer on ESA thats the point of the migration orcso I thought! How do I complain via the journal, is there anything I should ask for or word correctly? I have already posted on here re this & was advised to ring UC helpline, which is pointless as UC have already said its nothing to do with them, the Belfast post on the journal whos working on my ESA claim to sort the trans protection, said nothing to do with them, ring ESA, they are ESA as they are working on my ESA claim & the last time I rung ESA about a month ago 1 hr & 50 nins on hold, not doing that again. My stress levels are iff the scale & energy levels are gone. My MPs involved. But enough is enough, can I make a complaint via the jounal if so how do I word it? I've also got a PIP review to do & thats now chucked on the floor & can stay there, as I simply dont have the energy. I am completely broken by

Hi tillyboo
B&W does have a very good guide called 'Successful ESA To UC Managed Migration': www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/?dlp=68951904881b5.
If you look at page 44, it explains how to make a formal complaint when things go wrong.
