Hi renee61
Are you hoping to get an improved award? If you are, then you need to put in for a change of circumstances and that will trigger a review. Be aware that having a total knee replacement won't automatically increase your award - it is the impact of your knee troubles that will count. So they could easily say - now you've had the knee replacement, your mobility will have improved. (I'm playing devil's advocate here - not saying that is true). You will need to tell them about ongoing issues. They will send you a review form for you to complete.
