Failed the id phone call. As unable to answer questions about adult t sister. Name date of birth place of residence.
It seems unfair as she does not live in the property and not on claim. Does not claim any benefits.
Also mothers maiden name and occupation. Again not part of claim or on benefits.
Would not ask different questions. Can you have two id phones calls

I think it is more likely that they will do a home visit to verify your id, rather than do a second phone check - but I can't say for certain.
