Confused about ESA Migration to UC

I am being transitioned from ESA to UC.
I have been advised on my UC journal that "Universal credit has only replaced income related ESA, therefore you will continue to receive contribution based ESA fortnightly from ESA" in answer to my question about why the DWP want to speak to me about ESA.
From what I have gleaned I am being transitioned from ESA to UC but the DWP want to speak to me about ESA going forward. I am at somewhat of a loss as to what is going on and any help would be appreciated?

I have never been clear about what type of ESA I was receiving and have even had correspondence suggesting that I was getting both which I don't think can be right.
I haven't any idea what is happening to my UC even though it is five weeks from my application to be transitioned on 12/08/2025 and I was paid the usual amount of ESA last week.
I also receive PIP.
