Hi folks
I submitted my UC migration from the ESA Support Group today. I appear to have passed the Online ID process because my "to do" list says "Confirm your identity completed". So, I have passed my ID check - is that correct? I am confused because I immediately afterwards, I received a message saying: - "We are processing your claim. We will call you in the next 2 to 3 days to check the information you have given us." What does this phone call involve normally? Thanks
We have received a few posts similar to yours members have reported that there was nothing to worry about they were only asked a couple of basic questions which the claimant would know the answer to, they were not trick questions.
