Hello everyone, I am really sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place, I am a new member and not sure what I am doing.
My question is, I have ADHD with severe Anxiety and Depression but I also have several issues with my spine, which affects my arms and legs. I am on continuous pain relief for this. So, when I complete my PIP application and it asks me if I can or cannot do something how do I explain I cannot do it but that is because of another reason?

Hi PIP

Have you got written supporting evidence from a clinician regarding your medical conditions that you can send off with your application?

If you cannot do an activity mentioned in a PIP descriptor then explain why.

If you find giving an explanation difficult can you get assistance in completing the form?
