I have been a member of B&W for years but I have never posted before.
My son is 19, just started his final year of a levels, is jn receipt of high level care and mobility PIP.
Until 31st August I claimed for him on my UC (fibromyalgia/cervical spondylosis).
He now needs to have a claim in his own name. It says on the UC Guide that he needs a fit note but the GP surgery said that because he has never worked he doesn't need one.
Can anybody advise me on this, please?
