Should I mention that I briefly went to University? was created by Jade

I briefly went to University before being kicked out for non-attendance due to my struggling Mental Health. I even have the letter from the University that I can use as evidence of this.

But I am concerned that the wrong assessor might interpret it like "Went to University for a short period, so her mental health can't be that bad"

What do you think should I submit the letter that says I was kicked out of University?

Hi Jade

Personally yes I would mention it as it shows you are intelligent enough to be accepted by a university but that unfortunately for health reasons you had to leave.
